I am an Aerospace Engineer working for the United States Air Force.

I know what it’s like to struggle with self-doubt, lack of confidence, and the obstacles of working in a male dominated industry.

I was a shy, quiet and introverted kid. Despite being smart and doing well academically, I struggled with low self-confidence and often felt not heard and alone.

I entered the work-force and was immediately thrown into leading a several-million dollar program myself. Learning and leading with little support from my leadership, I had to overcome obstacles with my disgruntled engineer counterpart, contracts that disregarded the Federal Law, foreign partnerships and so many new things! I eventually moved onto several other programs and found this to be a pattern. DESPITE experiencing negative stereotypes, I continued to be SUCCESSFUL and moved up quickly and continually obtained unusually higher raises. I FOUND the SECRETS and it only took me a decade to get there.

I have spent the past 10 years learning what it means to be a successful women in a male-dominated space. My presence went from a timid, quiet girl to a confident, happy woman who now knows how to obtain the respect of others and build meaningful relationships that bring fulfillment!

We are all meant to shine, but sometimes we need the tools and the coaching to break the barriers so we can illuminate the way we were made too!
